Ordered door and Windows 3 weeks ago popped to see them today they have not even ordered them,I asked why they said the items have gone up from 840.00 to 1040. I asked why is this,the receptionist reply was I don't know.dont return calls.like they said on two occasions.told them not to bother with my order,this company has not got a clue how to run a business.would not purchace so much as a door handle from them.very unreliable,poor service,poor communication,3 weeks waiting and no product.i would like to thank glass world for wasting my time,can't even do a quote properly.trying to charge me extra 200 for 15 mm add on.truly unbeliavable this company still exist
