I'd go somewhere else!

If you want to have to wait for your order and be palmed off with “I'm just waiting for the delivery to come in” numerous times then this is the company for you. The actual fitting of the door was fine (albeit the second delivery which took a month to arrive as he has written down the wrong colour!) I had to wait over a month for the fitting of the door and over 3 months for a glazed window of which it still hasn't arrived as “he has got far more bigger jobs he needs to do first”. We arranged a date to fit the window but when I called to find out where he was as he was half an hour late, he told me he was still in the shop and had forgotten that he had arranged to fit the panel that day! When I said that I felt he was messing me around he got very rude and put the phone down on me. Not the most professional way of dealing with customers? I found this company to be unprofessional, disorganised and rude and will not be using them again.
