An offence to all cowboys to call this lot cowboys
The biggest bunch of charlatans and outright thugs I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Got a quote from them to do all our windows and doors (massive order, with large house and extension) last year. They virtually bit our hands off to get the job as they wanted to "expand into Lincolnshire". Happy with the quote and the initial contact, I agreed. Lots of delays with lots of unconvincing excuses; incorrect items or sizes/handles ordered; wrong front door despite discussing requirements face to face and confirming by email. Eventually they stopped appearing, ignored emails and telephone calls with the job unfinished. 86% of the price has been paid and I'm left with a less than substandard result. Finally earlier this year after their 'receptionist/account manager' Kylie answered the phone I started querying what was happening and as it got heated she hung up on me. I drove down to Nottingham and was put on the phone to Dave Goodger, the director, and he gave me a load of nonsense about not being aware of the problems and made promises to rectify matters. This was around March/April and it's now December and I've heard nothing. The telephone number I have ALWAYS goes to voicemail and I've given up. The house is full of unfinished windows/doors, lopsided bifold door, incorrect and unmatching handles, gaps allowing drafts in and I had to get someone else to put in the window cills and am now looking to get someone to rectify the work. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.

Windows & Doors
I have recently had my windows installed by Global Improvements Ltd, the service from start to finish was outstanding and I was kept informed every step of the way. My new windows have transformed my home, the installers were very polite, clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone and have already done so. Thank you Global (fabulous)
