I just love Gloss! The stylists are so experienced and will always make innovative suggestions to help the quality and style of my hair. They are all so friendly - I love the experience of going in there. Always so pleased with the results. Well worth the money paid!

What a lovely friendly salon....I have been to gloss for over a year now. Charlotte does my hair and even washes it herself (unlike other nearby salons where you are pushed from pillar to post). The colour is brilliant and Charlotte always spends time to chat and go through exactly what I want offering professional advice. I love the products that are used especially the Moroccan oil! You are offered as much tea, coffee etc as you want and also a head massage which is always welcome. All the staff at Gloss are very friendly and welcoming and when I walk out I feel like the l'Oreal advert - because I'm worth it!!

Village location but london prices
Reasonable cut but £57.50 is too expensive in a small village like Horam for simple cut and blow dry. In a rural comunity lettuce shampoo does not impress either. It is a salad crop which slugs find delicious - only that !!
