use only if desperate
It has been about 1.5 months since the engineer came to look at my malfunctioned stove burner. After the visit, the oven was not working because the engineer forgot to rewire the oven back properly. Another visit was needed to fix that. 2 weeks later I found out they forgot to order the new burner I needed, hence a further 2 weeks delay. And then the engineer didn't make my appointment to install the new part, wasting my entire Saturday, and stood me up again on my second appointment. Would be nice if they offer me some form of compensation for wasting my time, but that's my wishful thinking. I will not use them again.

Glotech poor service
Poor indeed no service as didn't turn up and didn't cancel - very annoyed

I would not recommend Glotech
Cancelled first appointment and did not tell me, so I took time off work and waited in for 5 hours. Engineer who attended second appointment correctly diagnosed bearings at fault with my Bosch washer dryer - price quoted for part was £118 more than it would have cost me to buy a genuine part at retail price. 2 engineers attended on the third appointment with new bearings to undertake the repair. The extra engineer diagnosed a further serious fault (without dismantling the machine) which made repairing it uneconomical. he then tried to sell me a new machine. I sought a second opinion as the machine was only 3 years old. The second fault did not exist, and this honest repairer replaced the bearings - machine now working fine. I contacted Glotech to complain - they promised to look into it. I am still waiting to hear from them 2 months later.

Failed to repair oven
Glotech have failed to fix our Britannia range cooker after three months and over £200 spent on labour and parts. Terrible customer service, weeks between any contact, and many broken promises for managers to call back. Would never use again and had to find someone else to repair the oven.
