Hallway and outside path.
Malcolm did an amazing job, better than I could have hoped for. He was knowledgeable and got on with the job effectively and promptly. I knew what was going on at each step and it’s clear Malcolm enjoys the job by the attention to detail.

Fantastic job
Malcolm and Sharon spent three days working on our floors cleaning and resealing the flagstones and terracota tiles. They were extremely thorough and the results are fabulous. The work has brought out the colours in the tiles. Our floor looks amazing and we would definitely recommend them

Quarry tile cleaning
Malcolm did a fantastic job cleaning up our quarry tiles, they had been hidden for years so it wasn’t an easy job but Malcom was determined to do his absolute best and he did, we are very happy with the end result.

Blue Lias floor cleaning
Malcolm and Sharon dis an amazing job cleaning two Blue Lias floors in my old house. They were professional and friendly, and did not stop until they had achieved the best possible result. I am delighted with their work which was the highest quality, and I fully recommend them to anyone requiring the cleaning and sealing of an old stone floor. They did an excellent job.

First class from start to finish
From our initial enquiry to the floor finish we received a totally professional and excellent service from Malcolm and Sharon. We had our honed limestone floor for 12 years and to be honest had never been happy with the finish. Like others we had abused it and did not have the knowledge to look after it properly. Malcolm & Sharon came and did a tester tile and talked us through the process followed by a highly competitive quote all in the timescales they laid out. It was a huge floor and all of our daytime living space but they ensured they kept us posted on timings and allowed us privacy for our lunch - just so considerate on all fronts. This was a 3 day job and they worked tirelessly. They covered the areas at night with sheeting to protect the floor from my cooking, my husband and pets! Punctual and efficient and top of that an amazing floor finish that we are proud to call our own for the first time in 12 years. First Class service - thank you Malcolm and Sharon.

Couldn't be happier
Malcolm and Sharon were here for four days. Very professional, friendly, worked really hard and gave us lots of advice. They were also very punctual and really tidy. We moved in to the barn a couple of months ago and the tiles and grout hadn't been cleaned for years, lots of ingrained dirt - it looks like new and has come up perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the service or the finish. Great job - thank you both so much!

Why did I wait so long?!
Malcolm and his wife did an absolutely impeccable job on our terracotta tiles - which had been terribly neglected for nearly 20 years (kids, dogs and general lack of understanding about how to care for them). Not only did they bring them back to life, but the are now so easy to care for! They are also a delight to have in the house - very unobtrusive and extremely hard working. Even brought their own tea! I am only sorry I didn't do this sooner. Money very well spent. Highly recommend.

Professional Teatment
Malcolm and Sharon have just done an excellent job in cleaning and sealing the natural stone and tiled floors in our farmhouse. They turned up just when they said they would, carefully explained what they were doing, protected decorations, and worked amazingly hard to deliver a very good job. We are very pleased with the results.

Excellent Result

Renovation of external Victorian tiles
Malcom tried hard to improve the appearance of reclaimed tiles on a small patio. Nether he nor I was satisfied with the final result, but this was not for want of trying various techniques. Prompt, helpful and informative.

Patio cleaning
Malcolm, ably supported by his charming wife Sharon, provided us with excellent service. Highly professional - and a very nice chap to boot - Malcolm was not satisfied with the results of the initial cleaning and resealing of our black limestone patio, so he redid the whole job. It now looks fabulous! We have no hesitation in recommending Malcolm and will definitely be using his services again. Thank you, Malcolm!

Chinese slate
Can’t praise these people enough, my Chinese slate floor now looks amazing, the colours are bright & vibrant. When they first arrived my floor was black from having four dogs but now it’s looking stunning and shines brightly reflecting the light & making the room look bigger. Very impressive!
"We had several broken and chipped tiles in our kitchen floor, originally put in in the 1850s. Malcom replaced over 20 of them and renovated and cleaned the rest. The result is very impressive! Malcolm was punctual, very hard-working and knowledgeable about his job and set himself high standards. We are very pleased with what he achieved."
