I found that this vet was very systematic and expensive. As a new pet owner I don't think the vet advised me as well as she could, it was very business like rather than caring and informative. When I later tried a different vet I could tell the difference between genuine care, and the service I received at this vet. I wouldn't really reccomend it. However it does give free puppy and kitten packs of food to people, but many vets do that.
