Lack of professionalism, respect & good manners

I contacted Golden Gardens & Buildings Ltd., speaking with first a director and then a secretary to outline the problem that I was having with my building, and when the director would come over and provide a quotation/price. The director did not turn up on time, or at all. I was not contacted by text, by phone call or by e-mail to explain why no-one turned up. In the following two days any messages that I left enquiring as to why no-one turned up/if I could reschedule an appointment were not returned. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism, respect and simple good manners that were shown to myself and my family. If you are a bigger organisation, I cannot speak to how you will be treated. However, if you are a smaller company, a family or an individual, I would tread very carefully before getting into business with Golden Gardens & Buildings Ltd. I would highly recommend that you find yourself an alternative company that treats its customers with respect and professionalism.
