Avoid at all costs
Avoid the Golden Needle at all costs. I have tried them twice. The first time they mis-shortened a pair of trousers. The second time gave them a bag which needed a new zip and they took the zip off without replacing it. Three times they promised to do the job and three times did not, without ever getting back in touch. This absurd situation went on for 3 months. In all that time they also failed to do simple repairs on a pair of trousers and a skirt.
