Awful service, awful people
Terrible. Once they have a landlord on their books they couldn't care less. My tenants have decorated without consulting me, smoked in the property, broken fittings and generally not looked after the place and they couldn't care less. They keep calling my emergency contact instead of me and when I confronted them they said the mobile number they had didn't work (despite the fact they have called me on it before, AND they had my work number), but they never thought to check it with me. They speak to me with the most condescending tone and when I confront them I get no apology. DO NOT go with them, they're a bunch of coyboys. And for this "service" they charge me £50 a month!
