It's all happening at Good Vibrations!

When they said 'free introductory session' I was hooked and by the time I had my feet on the machine I was sold!! The 'GOOD VIBRATIONS' were literally coming up from the power plate and going through my body. It is a unique feeling and one I throughly enjoyed, knowing that it was helping to keep my bones healthy and strong. I went through a premature menopause at 26/28 yrs and although I am still only in my early 40s I need to take care of myself, as we all do, against osteoporosis. I was also told it helps MS and many other conditions including those where the person is unable to use conventional exercise machines. There were a large selection of body shapes and age ranges, but everyone had smiles on their faces, were very friendly and looked like they were enjoying themselves. You don't find that in many gyms, everyone is too busy with their own workouts!! All areas of health, beauty and fitness are covered here - hairdressers, beauty therapy, reflexology, nail enhancements, teeth whitening, vertical sunbed, semi permanent make up, Thai massage as well as Botox and Collegen fillers. I thoroughly advise you to go down and check them out. You are sure to find something that will take your fancy and give you some relaxation, fitness or time out from your busy life. You don't need to go anywhere else for anything - it's all there (and if it's not they will do their best to organise it for you!). This is a family run organisation and prides itself on knowing all it's clients on a first name basis. They really seem to care about you and your needs.
