Simply the worst estate agents on the planet. Since renting a property for six months we've had nothing but stress, financial loss and problems caused directly by this business. All they do is fob you off with poor excuses and never get anything done. A prime example is the fact that we've had numerous major repairs, including those with health risks, that are still waiting for attention and when we managed to talk to the landlord, he knew nothing about the problems as Goodchilds hadn't even attempted to talk with him... All in all, they are awful at what they do, and how they managed to win any awards is ridiculous as far as i'm concerned. I will be boycotting this business and hope that everyone else will do the same.
