Night clubs

From time to time we are asked for something a little different from our main stay of carpeting and flooring. Just the other day I went to a night club in the west end and measured for a small dance floor area that customer wanted laid out in a game form so they could play twister this ment cutting large round of differing colours out of the sheet flooring and inserting them in to the main floor area to form the game, this was carried out over two days with day one taking up the existing flooring then laying a acrylic screed then fitting the vinyl sheet this happen with all the other trades working in the same area.At the same club we had to renew the nonslip flooring behind the main bar, the non slip flooring had been laid in a number of widths meaning seams was lifting causing trip hazzards, this we renewed in one length [over 11 meters long]so we had no seams and the cleaning of the nonslip flooring was made a lot easyier for the cleaners as the seams that had split and lifting and kept failing the cleaning machines as they were passed over the existing flooring.All of this work was planned and timed to be carried out in a short window that was allowed for the works to be carried out this we did with our staff of fitters on site and our staff back in the showroom that ordered the flooring and adhesives and so on to allow a job to be fitted on such a short working window.

Yet more carpet to go on to the theater stage

Having a showroom in the center of london theatre land we have a number of clients to require carpet for the stage show that are being shown in the west end [just this week we have had two people in who want carpeting for new shows] our showroom allows us to hold a vast number of ranges on display and in our book cases as A4 folders of course if they wish some thing a little off the wall we work with a number of suppliers to make something up just for them as a one off special.Because we can offer such a large range from a vast number of factorys, we can find something for most customers that come in to the showroom, or if they have seen some thing on our web site but want a little more information we can do this via email and of course all our quotes go out by email [as we try to keep down our carbon foot print ie no paper printer ink and so on] and again with payments taken by Bacc or Credit cards so again keeping down our cost's and paper trial.

Estate agents Designers.

We seem to be finding that the local Estate agents are upgrading their carpeting in the flats and apartments in the area and improving the look of the accommodation, that are being rented out. We are finding that a much larger number of Estate agents are using our services as we update our data base each time we renew the carpeting or vinyl / lino, so we do not need to keep going back to the apartment that are being refurbished to take mesurements as we have the sizes and materials and colours used and when they were fitted, of course if they have been altered in any way we retake the mesurements to ensure a very quick and smooth change over for the incoming tenents.We have a large number of Designers that come in to the showroom to pick their flooring requirments for the new projects they are working on, some select flooring that are "off the shelve" that we can order in to our warehouse in a day or so so they can be fitted right away, or some seem to be designing their own bespoke carpet to be installed by our inhouse fitters once the carpets have been made. The designers that use our services require that little bit of extra bling and we are happy to fit any accessories by the way of chrome / brass / wood door bars which I must say give the carpeting that little bit of a extra look as you can now co-ordinates these with light switches plug sockets etc.
