Very much improved Been with Grain since moving into my house in October 2018. To start with the service was pretty poor at times. I have to say thou in the last year they have been good. Any planned works we are notified about it. Even with the weather issues we where update all the time about the progress of the work. Sometimes I get notified of a service drop and I am unaware it has even happened.

Exceptional Customer Service I moved in to my new house just before Christmas and it was great to have high speed broadband available from day 1 - you wouldn’t get that from many other broadband providers! Unfortunately, I had a problem which meant that I had no television (digital or satellite) and they couldn’t resolve over the telephone. As expected, engineer availability was limited due to Christmas. However, when a local engineer was taken ill on the day they were booked to attend at the beginning of January, Grain Connect’s support team tried to locate another available engineer within the local area and when none were available, an engineer was mobilised from the north of England to my home in the South West of England (a round trip of 600 miles). He arrived around 8pm and worked hard to identify the problem in my house, the main box for the estate and the nearest junction box on a wet evening. He located and fixed the problem (a faulty cable) and left after 10pm only when satisfied that I had access to all programme channels. This was exceptional customer service and very much appreciated and I would have no hesitation in recommending Grain Connect - if only all companies would go the extra mile to keep their customers happy! Many thanks to Simon for arranging and to Jack who showed an outstanding work ethic and both were thoroughly professional throughout.
