The nature and source of the problem will be identified, together with information on any associated works required. A detailed report will be given stating the extent and cause of any problems and the appropriate remedial measures will be clearly outlined, together with an estimate for the recommended works. The minimum of inconvenience will be caused when carrying out any necessary treatments. We will also arrange all associated trades, such as plumbing, electrical, and roofing works.
