They are the most useless firm of letting agents I have eveR come across. Not one promise was kept. All they want is your money and no responsibility from them at all. Try speaking to someone, passed from pillar to post and at the end of the line nothing gets done. Keep well clear. Do not believe all the promo from the website, just propaganda.
