Poor Service!
Really disappointing scanning service and customer service. I paid £22 to have a painting scanned and was told that any imperfections in the scan, such as lines, would be removed by them. However the scan I received had several clearly visible lines going across it, but when I rang up to tell them their defense was that they weren't 'scanning lines' but lines as a result of light getting in during the scanning process. They weren't prepared to give me even a partial refund or try to fix it (unless I paid extra) and I was basically told you get what you pay for. I used to go there for paints but if this is how they treat customers then it's put me right off!
