My name is Leighton Stagg, and I am an experienced Well-Being and Success Coach, based in Queen Square, Central Bristol.

I've been through immense challenges in my own life, culminating in the development of traumatic stress as a result of military service. I went on to overcome this challenging condition, and the skills and knowledge gained through my own self-healing process fostered a deep passion and drive in me, for helping others overcome their own life challenges and reaching their personal best.

It has come to be my sincere understanding that each and every person on Earth has within them all of the necessary skills and abilities that they need, to become complete, healthy and happy individuals - and successful in all areas of life.

My successful practice has been running for many years now, and in that time I have had the fortune to cultivate and refine my unique and effective approach to accessing human potential and facilitating powerful, lasting change for others.

Together we will utilise the methods that work best for you, and your unique issues. There is no 'one size fits all' approach, because every human being is an individual. By first understanding your unique 'map of the world', we can tailor your coaching process to get the best solutions and results - and ultimately the health, happiness and success that you deserve!
