We show your guests where everything is in the apartment and run through the operation of electrical items (showing how everything works: internet, cookers, heating system, TV) and security measures (locks, alarms, safety instructions).
We answer all questions your guests might have and provide local information that might interest them, such as the location of nearest supermarket, good local restaurants or transport information.
Our experienced & trained team of professional cleaners will ensure your house is clean, fresh & treated with care.
We prepare apartments to high standard supplying the whole range of services needed for holiday apartments. We arrange everything from start to end.
We check if there is no damage from previous guests and ensure everything works properly. Our advantage is we focus on very precise cleaning and take care of the details. We can supply the whole range of toiletries: soap, shower gel and shampoo, toilet tissue etc.
The first impression is very important so little gift for your guest is always warm welcome. According to your preferences we can buy for them flowers, wine and cookies or discount in friendly restaurant or even water and fresh milk in the fridge.
We supply all needed cleaning products to holiday apartments. We choose only the best products from the market. We mostly use eco-friendly cleaning products as we found those are as good as traditional methods, don't harm the environment and smell very nice!
On the day of preparation fresh linens are delivered and dirty collected.
Depending on the customer's preference, we can also wash and dry linen and towels in the apartment if it is accordingly equipped. We arrange linens and towels rental if needed.
Since we had started in 2009 we had to face various and challenging situations like electricity cuts, heating and boilers mishaps. Dealing with similar problems and swiftly reacting to them helped us gain invaluable experience in excellent customer care and give you peace of mind. We reply to all the urgent needs of the guests and deal with any technical issues. We continuously cooperate with plumbers, electricians, handymen and decorators.

Our offer is fully flexible – from consultancy service to complete property management and marketing we can arrange everything from interior design advice to the purchase of all needed equipment (furniture, linen, kitchen equipment etc). We can help you to produce a guest information book (property details & some helpful info about local area) and provide with contract templates.
With extensive experience in advertising holiday homes we take professional photos of properties and list them on all the key advertising sites, eg. Airbnb, HomeAway, HolidayLettings, etc.
