From the start of the project it was immediately obvious i had choosen the right specialist, as they had engaged with me in great lenghts to understand my requirements and to correctly advise me of the most suitable solution for the project. All this happened before i even committed to them and before parting with any money. Green London Plumbers were very accomodating with the contract and they did not compromise with quality and spec, so it was an easy decision to choose them. Once the work actually started, the work progressed exactly as planned, any challenges that were faced were managed with honesty and they did not take advantage to increase the overall quote (this is a rare quality as all other businesses would not have missed such an opportunity). All surprises were resolved with my best interests at heart, rather than focussing on maximising their profits or minimising their time spent on the project. They arrived prompt every day, worked with great ethics and left the property tidy before they wrapped up for the day. They also addressed other building/plumbing issues i had without any charge. I know it almost sounds too good to be true, but trust me i have never experienced such a pleasant service before. Technical knowledge is very high, extremely professional in their work and very competent in the execution of tasks. Their after service is excellent, always at hand to assist. I have already recommended them to close family and friends. I will always reach out to Green London Plumbers for any future work. I have comfort in the work they did for me. More importantly i have total comfort to know that even after clearing all payments on account, they are still only a phone call away to assist me and if there was ever any problem with the installation, they will make it their responsibility to fix the problem for me.

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Very honest. Only work which is required will be recommended. I had a situation where tenants led me to believe that I may have to replace all the heaters in the house. Upon inspection it was found that my system in fact was on par with "new" heating systems. Some other basic repairs were also done. The time was also taken to explain to my tenants how central heating works and the best ways to manage it, to manage power costs. I would trust them with the keys to my flat ! When I finally upgrade my flat and look to install underfloor heating, I will be looking no further ! It's a breath of fresh air when you come across someone who simply does the right thing, does a proper job and charges the right price.
