GreenSky Architecture is a design practice, providing a comprehensive service for all aspects of residential and commercial development throughout Manchester and the North West. We have a commitment to good design and environmental awareness and offer solutions tailored to the requirements and budget of our clients.
We aim to provide a personal and professional service throughout every stage of the building process, offering guidance on all statutory and legal requirements as well as contract and design issues. We also provide site supervision, site inspection, independent drafting services and an Interior Design service for both residential and commercial clients.
GreenSky Architecture undertakes commissions for a wide variety of projects, from simple refurbishment, extensions and new-build. We treat each project as a unique opportunity and are acutely responsive to our clients needs and aspirations to ensure high quality results.

Green Sky Architecture.
Mark at Green Sky secured our planning permission for our side extension, obtained the building inspectors approval and even found us a great builder. Everything was made very simple for us and the plans looked amazing. kitchen units are going in tomorrow and it all looks fabulous, we can't find fault with how its been designed or built. first rate service. I don't normally leave reviews but I think GreenSky deserve a mention and i'd give their name to anyone looking to extend their home. Thanks Mark. Mike S.

Loft Conversion
We used Mark to design our new home 8 years ago and were thrilled with the outcome. We recently came across Mark again at Green Sky Architecture whilst looking for a designer to help us with our current little project. Needless to say we were not let down the second time and will be using Green Sky again in the near future. I would recommend Mark to anyone wanting a really good designer, not the cheapest but by no means expensive. First Class.

House Extension
GreenSky completed our drawings for our kitchen extension in 5 days, the service is excellent and made the whole process very easy for us. if you want a no fuss designer that produces excellent drawings then Greensky is for you.

GreenSky
After being let down by anther local Architect, mark from GreenSky came around and spent several hours talking through the process and the options. We agreed all fees up front. GreenSky handles all the planning and building control applications and apart from signing a few cheques the whole process was completely pain free. I'd definately recommend GreenSky to anyone.

We offer a free consultation service. We will visit your home or business to discuss your ideas and give you general advice on local planning and building regulation issues. We will also give you are professional opinion on the merits of the project and how it might be improved. We will also provide you with a written fee proposal within three days of our initial visit.
