Repair could cost as much as a new machine!
My washing machine stopped working, so I called Greenwich Plumbers for a quote on the repair. I paid £70+VAT for a repairman to take 10 minutes to tell me what was wrong. Instead of just replacing the part, he gave me the details of where to order one online, and said to call back for another appointment once the part had arrived. He said another £70+VAT callout charge would apply for his return visit - effectively charging me twice for a single repair, when he should have either had the part in the first place, or changed a single fee for both visits. In fairness, he did show me how to fit the part myself if I didn't want to call him again, but I think £168 in labour charges for a simple repair is far too expensive. When adding the price of the part (£20) and two call out charges, I could have spent a little more and bought a new washing machine with a warranty!

Nice
When my boiler wasn’t giving me any hot water I had to call in a Plumber to see if he could fix it. I had heard good things about Greenwich Plumber from some friends. I am pleased to say that their advice was sound advice. The Plumber fixed the boiler in the first callout without any problems. I am very happy with the service and the fact that my boiler is working again.
