Great Kia Service and Helpful Staff!
Had a service done today on my Kia Sportage, my first service with yourselves. Although I could have gone to Cardiff dealership which would have been a little easier for me, I choose Griffin mill as when I was looking around for my car your staff were so helpful and although I did not buy a car from you as you did not have what I wanted I decided to come back to you for my service to say thanks for being so helpful. Once again I can only say thanks as everyone I spoke to and dealt with today was just so helpful so thanks very much and as I am a high mileage driver you will seeing me again very shortly for my next service.

Great customer service
I was looking for a new Nissan, and after plenty of frustrating hunting around, found that Griffin Mill were easily the best people to deal with. They couldn't have gone further and were very helpful with all my questions - of which there were many! Top service, thanks guys!

Very happy customer
Staff have been very polite, informative, helpful and supportive. They keep me updated. Showroom clean and airy, range of cars excellent so I could try lots out before picking one, staff advised other things that may help me also. Fab!
