Thieving company
They dont deserve any stars. They fixed my patio doors, front door and windows, ripped me off and did a cowboy job. £2000 I paid for that crap job in 2008, still suffering with it as I dont have the money to fix their mistake. Consumers Rights dont want to know either.

Unprofessional company
Don't use this company! I got new windows from them and they never gave me the FENSA certificate, despite being "FENSA certified". Apparently, they "went into liquidiation" but set up again with exactly the same name. Fensa wouldn't help either so I've had to fork out £240 to the local council to get the new windows certified. They were not interested once they'd got my money. Go to someone reputable and who is more established. Make sure you find out how long the company has been trading - it's quite common for this type of company to fold and re-surface, as they get away with having to pay tax.
