Staff need a Course on How to treat Customers

The Asian Assistant was very unprofessional and told me off because I told my husband that he had got the wrong colour baloon. Then a English man Called Dennis came out and had a go indirectly at me saying "women were bullies and they should be hammered" and made a fist and punched the palm of his other hand, implying that my husband should hammer me and keep me in check. I questioned him later on on the phone and he said he was only joking and that is how the men speak amongst themselves about women. The Asian Lady said I should not "get" at my husband for getting the wrong baloon and she changed the baloon, saying that she liked to help "nIce people" meaning my husband and implying that I wasn't! At this point, I told her that she was there to sell flowers and not interfere in our affairs. This incident happened on the 9th of January 2015. We are pensioners and you don't expect sales people to interfere in our personal affairs. They need to keep their personal opinions to themselves and just do the job they are hired to do i.e. sell flowers & baloons!
