Gutter Cleaning

Gutter Cleaning should be done on a regular basis to ensure there is no blockage and long term damage.
We recommend that your gutters are maintained twice a year. However, if your property is close to trees, then more frequent cleaning may be required. Cleaning before Winter is strongly recommended, since debris and water trapped in the gutter during colder weather can freeze and form blocks of ice. This form of blockage puts a strain on the gutter, its brackets and the gutter mounting. Trapped water can also be corrosive and cause damage or rusting to the gutters. Metal gutters can be badly damaged by trapped water. Damp coming through a wall due to a faulty gutter system is another reason why regular gutter cleaning is paramount.
