Awful
DO NOT buy a car from this garage. I recentley purchased a car from them. I took it for a test drive, everything seemed to check out fine, checked the oil, checked the coolant, checked for knocks etc. All seemed fine. I then drove it home, parked it up for the night and then started it the next morning. The car was emitting smoke and over the next few days developed an extremley loud knocking noise. I phoned the "Helpful" Gary and advised him of this. Not only did he say he say that he wasn't going to do anything about it he also said "I don't need this" and hung up on me. Well Gary, I'm sorry but I don't need this but it's a problem and it needs sorting out. He came across as very friendly and you wouldn't think someone could turn so quickly like he did. Just one word, AVOID him and his garage. For everyones info, the car was MOT'd by his Garage and passed, when I got it home they said with the combination of the knocking noise and the smoke the car should never have passed. One word, illegal. Thanks for nothing Gary. I hope you and your corrupt business goes under.
