GZ Computers

GZ Computers Ltd is based in Ashford, Kent. Our aim is to provide customers with the highest level of service, through knowledge and expertise in all areas of Information Technology for Public, Private, and Corporate sectors. All of our computers are supplied with a minimum of a 1 year return to base warranty. Helpdesk support is offered to all customers who have a GZ system. We request that you have your "GZ Support Pack" or "GZ Reference Number" (e.g. GZ12345 or Job-1234) available when contacting us, as it will assist us with your enquiry in the quickest possible manner.

Repairs

If your GZ system develops a fault, we aim to have it repaired within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). You can pre-book a repair slot in advance and we will do our best to complete the repair same day (depending on the severity of the fault encountered).

We can repair all brands of computers, servers, and laptops, and also Epson printers and scanners, as we are a fully qualified Epson Service Centre. Our repair charges (excluding parts) for computers, servers, and laptops are as follows:

**15 minutes of labour is charged at £21.27 excluding VAT.**

30 minutes of labour is charged at £31.48 excluding VAT.**

60 minutes of labour is charged at £45.10 excluding VAT.**

We specialise in virus/spyware removal, and also data backup where neccesary. Please contact our helpdesk support team for further details.**

Our Internet Cafe situated in the Ashford branch in County Square is now easier to use and costs the following: 15 Minutes = £1.00, 30 Minutes = £1.50, 45 Minutes = £2.25, 1 Hour = £3.00.
