If you live in Harpenden and looking for a decorator, you can depend on Hugh at HAS. Hugh has just prepped and decorated our front room and we are really chuffed with the finish. This is the first time we have used a tradesman to do such a job and I had a gut feeling from the moment I met Hugh that he was 'right' for the job. Hugh is a great character, honest and reliable. No cutting corners, he is efficient and v proud of his work.
