About

The spacious property is situated in West Dorset on the borders with Devon and Somerset. It is superb walking country with an abundance of wildlife making it a naturalist's paradise.
There are several golf courses nearby and acres of National Trust land to enjoy.
The accommodation is situated in lovely countryside. It is two miles from village shop, Post Office and garage at Marshwood, 7 miles from the old market town of Bridport with shops, main P.O. 6 miles from the coast.

The semi-detached property is for 4-6 people plus cot and is available all year round. It is also suitable for wheelchair users. Any extra persons by permission only.

Accommodation

The cottage has oil-fired central heating, smoke alarm and is double glazed with patio doors leading to a private patio with extensive views.
Sitting/dining room 26' x 12' with easy chairs, dining table and chairs. Digital colour TV and DVD player provided and a full size double sofa bed.

There is a double bedroom 12'7" on the ground floor with twin beds and adequate storage space. Ground floor Bathroom/Wet room heated towel rails, Power Shower, Hand Basin and Toilet.
Upstairs ensuite family room approx 15' x 15'9" with extensive views of countryside - one double bed, one single + one travel cot, adequate storage space, bath, toilet, hand basin and shaving point. Bed linen included but not towels.

The accommodation kitchen is 8'8" x 8'3" and is fully fitted with fridge, electric cooker, microwave, iron and ironing board. There is a laundrette in the nearby town.
