Criminals

Liars and thieves. Stole nearly £700 of my hard earned money for goods I never received. Ignoring my letters therefore shut down communication and lied about a deposit scheme, which doesn't actually exist according to the owner (another lie as we were told 10% of the total cost at the time of sale). This is going beyond a civil matter and I am contemplating pushing this through as a criminal case as my money has been stolen and the owner refuses to respond to my letters. I entered the agreement after being told that changes could be made to our order, given reasonable notice, as we were looking for a new house. We got the new place which came with some built in furniture and notified them of the changes only to be told via voicemail that we couldnt make changes and have to buy the extra wardrobe and sideboard. Mine and my partner's jaws dropped from the sheer amazement when he also denied a deposit scheme, a bizarre move made by him and a blatant lie. Of course I have no room or need for these extra items he wants me to pay for given my new situation which they were aware of but these pigs are intent on changing their story to generate money by betraying any agreements. He has now witheld all of the items including the ones I wanted INCLUDING MY CASH. Really hope they get shut down and blacklisted as rogue traders as they clearly lack any sort of a moral compass. Don't get too comfortable with my money. I still want my money back or the goods that I paid for. We have now had to enter into credit schemes to pay for the furniture we needed for our new home, money this so-called furniture retailer is in receipt of and it frustrates me to know that these crooks probably spent it on themselves while laughing and bragging that they sold me nothing. Do not trust these disgusting 'people'.
