We're an established letting agent and property management company, licensed and fully regulated. We were established in July 2000 and we cover the entire UK Midlands region.
We're focused purely on letting and managing residential property and we're experts in what we do.
We're a professional team of dedicated letting specialists committed to both in-house training and continuing professional development, working to the highest possible industry standards. As a company we work within the framework of a recognised Code of Practice.

About Us

We've been established more than ten years but if you've not worked with us before, we'd like to introduce yourselves, tell you a little about where we've come from, what it is that we can do for you and how we do it.

Our History

We established the business in July 2000 when we had just two properties in Nuneaton that we were looking to let and have professionally managed.
At the time we knew nothing about letting property and we started the business reluctantly! Some of the letting agents we approached didn't return our calls, one that did never attended the valuation, and the people we spoke to weren't terribly interested in new business. On the whole we were disillusioned with what was on offer. To be fair, the market was very buoyant for sales, but still we were unimpressed.
We let and managed our own properties for a short period, started to build experience and expertise, gradually increasing our own portfolio in size over the years.
This company now trades as a separate business called Home 2 Let Limited and we established our lettings and property management business called H2L Property Management Limited as a subsidiary in order to separate the various business interests and make the structure more transparent.
As time went on, other private landlords started to notice what we were doing and our first ever client was a brother and sister, each with their own property, and looking to move away from the area and wanting a fully managed service.
Since that very moment, on New Years Eve 2005, we have rapidly expanded the business, mainly through referral as well as successfully winning and then nurturing new business.
