Waste of time, liars.
Took my car in and was told that the car had lots of problems and would cost me £290 to 'fix'. Took two days to sort out as they said they were awaiting parts for the brakes. After getting my car back I was still having lots of trouble with my brakes and hand brake, which was having to be pulled up until it was pointing to the ceiling. Took car in for its MOT and was told it had failed on brakes, fuel pipe, and handbrake. All things I had paid Hadley to fix. Phoned and complained and was told that if I brought my car down they would "kick my head in". I had to then pay another £140 for two new brake kits and to get the handbrake fixed properly. When the mechanic looked at the brakes he showed that several parts were missing and the back brakes had not been working at all. All Hadley changed was two tiny spring cups. They had put the handbrake cable in but hadn't adjusted it properly because they left out the adjusters on the brake. It has cost me over £600 to get a job done that only cost me £140 in parts and labour from a real mechanic. Stay clear of these idiots, they only want to make money for doing nothing. They pray on new drivers who don't know much about cars. As soon as they found out that I knew what they had done they were quick to threaten me, not once did they offer to actually fix what they had done wrong. Do not trust these people.

Liars, time wasters

Excellent Garage
Well when i booked in my ford focus, customer service was fantastic and i simply just left them to it and got amazing response from them and a fixed car!
