Real honest service

Brought my laptop in here after getting a system restore virus, which wipes and hides the entire hard drive. I tried to look online through my mobile at every fix, and eventually gave up and decided to dip into my wallet. I took it there due to being the closest repair shop from me. My laptop had 1 and a half years worth of irreplaceable family/holiday photos and college work, all either hidden or gone. Luckily enough (for £35) I got the laptop back in working order with all my files back on it. Huge relief. Works great, but it still has a minor browser redirect virus on it, little annoying when searching on google, but I was recommended by the guy in there that it'd need a windows reinstall to clean it 100%, and that it will probably have something still on it. But I needed it back with files on it, and that's what I got. Need an additional hard drive to put all my files on first though before I get a reinstall, as a reinstall wipes the hard drive and puts it back to factory setting. They even recommended places outwith their business to buy these hard drives (ASDA, Argos etc.) and didn't try and sell their own, which is what you'd usually expect. Great honest service, fantastic staff, and always gave me an update on how it was, so wont hesitate to use again if needed. Used a computer repair shop in the past (10 years ago - Last time I got a serious virus) and I was ripped off - Paid £65 to repair a blue screen virus, so my experience with these repair shops wasn't great. Glad I've found a shop I can return to knowing I wont be ripped off
