Absolutely the worst hairdresser experience ever. Carol was rude, and disrespectful to us. When we refused to take pictures for her Facebook page for privacy reasons she responded with rude remarks questioning our reasons and being plain disrespectful. She has one of the worst attitudes I have ever come across. Insisted that one of the customers had treatment on her hair due to it not curling properly and when the customer told her she hasn’t she still insisted and undermined her saying she has 40 years hair experience and knows better. It was plain bullying and she has a horrible attitude overall. The service was mediocre, got my hair washed straightened and curled in 40 minutes which is definitely shouldn’t be that quick considering my curly hair type. She is plain mean and you should definitely think twice before coming here. 0 stars from me.
