Disaster and very rude!
I got my hair done for my graduation at hair dot com on Crow Road last week, and it is such a mess. My highlights have leaked leaving me with tiger stripes, no colour was applied, only bleach which has left it a rainbow of shades of brassy blonde, and when I complained they told me it was my own fault for having greasy hair and refused to refund me.
