poor job, very rude staff worst customer service i've ever experienced!
smart clean newport who quote on their advertising material if they can't remove the stains no one can! where do i begin 25 minutes to clan 2 double bedrooms, hall, landing and lounge diner! The results were terrible i may as well have gone over the carpets with a steaming kettle probably would do a better job! the staff were rude and rather intimidating and when voicing my concerns was told by the newport office i was lying! Appalling!

poor rating
This company cleaned my carpet and rug. The carpet was fine however the rug came up in black stains that were not there before. Despite coming back three times, the stains have not completely disappeared - after the second visit the stains increased. These stains werent there before - the Company refused to acccept any fault with excuses ranging from the rug being faulty through to "someone must be placing black marks on it" - appalling attitude appaulling service.

this company is pretty decent compared to the rest because they use the commercial machines. Yes I would use them again, arrived a bit late but worth the wait
