Halo Hair

My stylist went overseas and I was constantly told she would be back. I kept calling to make an appointment and they kept telling she would be back at some point. Then the salon manager persuaded me to book in with another stylist. I was reluctant but she persuaded me, by saying she was just as experienced as my regular stylist. Big mistake! She quite literally has ruined my hair. I had asked for a trim (hair all one length) and she decided to start chopping layers into it. When I arrived home I also noticed one side longer than the other. I went to another salon to have it corrected - turns out it was one and a half inches longer on one side than the other! I'm still totally gutted. I had been growing my hair for years and am now having to grow out the horrible layers, which are very short and many of them. Turns out my stylist had left permanently, but they chose not to tell me that. Avoid!
