In regards to the previous review, this particular client actually wanted to pay 40% off the already discounted price of £44 so overall for colour and cut was expecting to only pay £27. When we then explained the situation which had obviously been misunderstood our client then began shouting and swearing in full view of our other clients, and also claimed she was not going to pay and walked out of the salon. We have never experienced an incident like this before so were all extremely shocked as this client was also a hairdresser so would have known that this price was unacceptable to cover all costs. We feel that anybody reading this review should know that we have been an established business for 3 and a half years and we have an extremely strong client base. We felt like we were trying to be taken as fools this particular day as this client was actually a hairdresser herself. We also strongly advise other clients reading this to check if there are any other reviews online for our salon as there are no other bad reviews only good , and 1 final comment this year halo was voted one of the best 10 salons in the north east from the english hair and beauty awards which we are very proud of considering ther is hundreds of salons in the north east :)

Worst Hairdresses Ever
After checking the website and seeing the offer for 40% off first time customers at the salon I checked the price for half a head of highlights which was £44. I rang to salon to check this was correct. The girl on the phone confirmed that is was so I booked an appointmnet. After the girl finished my hair she said that the cost was £44 I explained about the offer and was told that the original price for what I had done was 80 odd pound I didnt have the money and was told to get it otherwise they would call the police after leaving the salon to go to the bank the girl followed me onto the street where she continued to scream at me and swear. After finally alowing me to go the the bank the manager then contacted me to tell my to F off and to never call her staff liars again and was not to go to the salon otherwise they would smash my face in. Never have I experienced something more embarrasing in my life I was so angry and upset. The salon is full of horrible charvas and the manager has no idea how to run a business.
