Terrible experience
Booked a christmas function here. A couple of days before the event the manager tried it on and wanted to charge an extra £150 for an increase in food and room hire costs. When we explained our legal rights as we had the original cost agreed in writing she became threatening and cancelled our booking leaving us without a venue for 40 people at the last minute.
