Hi i would like to thanks those people who use this salon and i would like to invite people for free make up andjair cut for those people who have not came to hamraaz hair & beauty. I hope you will come and try our salon. So it will only mile or so from erdington and from sutton 2 mile.

Good the first time but second time lady rushed and did it carelessly and ruined my face and they never do my eyebrows right, it always looks wierd but it's ok and i still go but it's not really worth the price.

Never again!
This salon is very well presented and look's very proffesional however I was appauled at the service alongside the treament, I beleive beauty therapist was not professionally trained or given the basic customer service skill. My skin was burnt due to the tempreture of the wax totally rubbish I was unable to change the star rating it would only 1 star reason for that is salon is well presented.

I used this salon for the first time today very nice to look at but service and treament totally rubbish, I had my eyebrow'a done therapist was on a personal call on her mobile phone totally ruined the shape of my eyebrows would never use this salon again.

So-so
Not too happy with their services - used them back in 2007 and although their prices are average they dont really have a clue what they are doing - im sorry but that is my personal experience!
