I have known Mr. Hanna for over 10 years and have no hesitation in recommending him. Mr. Hanna has undertaken a range of carpentry and decorating works at my property over the years, and I have found his work to be of a high standard. I am a private individual, who has a few properties. Mr Hanna has done carpentry work for me e.g rehung doors, over the last 10 years. He has always arrived on the date and time agreed. Once a price is fixed for a job, he does the job intelligently, and to a high standard, never leaving a mess behind him. He owns all of the correct equipment, and he is strong, capable, fast worker.He is courteous, and tactful with the tenants he meets, and I am always happy to turn to him for all my carpentry needs. In the past I have described the problem to him, given him the contact 'phone number of the tenant, and left him to sort out dates /times the repair to window ledges, hole filling, undercoating, and final coat of paint. I have then sent him the money that we had agreed. He is very honest, fair priced, good with clients. and I repeat, I always use him for my carpentry work.
