Loyal customer treated very badly
Had my appointment cancelled, put on a waiting list for a cancellation. Number 1801, any child or person in pain takes precedence. So after over 25 years of loyalty I do not have a dentist. So unless I'm a child or in pain I have no future care. Reception staff very condescending, in her manner whilst I was irritated by the way she spoke to me and kept getting my name wrong I didn't raise my voice be abusive in any way. Disgusting. I now have to try to get a compassionate dentist to help me look after my teeth. I dont rate them even as a 1 star as they don't care about their clients service, quality, value or overall. But I have to fill in all fieldsDisgrace.
