Dangerous driving
Witnessed a supposed school bus driving excessively fast through Upton village, this is a daily occurrence with this company. No consideration for other road users let alone the school children making their way home. Just a matter of time before they run someone over

Dangerous discourteous drivers,driving carelessly and dangerously,not afraid to get on the horn and hang out the window to give a torrent of abuse if anyone get in their way! Excellent image for the company in front of many pedestrians and rush hour traffic 👏

College Bus.
Route 3 bus must be the worst service ever, that is when they bother to turn up, when they do turn up they drive straight past you. The amount you pay for your pass is ridiculous and then produce this diabolical service. Worst ever. would appreciate some feed back from Happy Als.

Caring for my son
My son who is in Yr7 caught the wrong school bus and ended up miles away from home. The amazing bus driver, Phil called me at work and explained the situation. He brought my son back to my home town. Way above & beyond the call of duty. He treated my son like his own and took care of him. I can't thank you enough!!

Not so Happy Als
Worst coach company I have ever come across no consideration for road users and passengers The drivers just park up where it suits, the management is equally lacking, and only knows how to provide bad performance, downright rude in fact, avoid this shoddy, bus company, at all cost, not worth any starts to be honest, I recommend, using Carvers Coaches in the future

With reference to Alfa Travel holiday to Ilfracombe no 110, 29/06.13 The driver on this tour (Mark) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also found his driving was excellent and courteous. We hope to travel with him again. Mr & Mrs D O Pary
