Where there is so much to see and do whatever the weather. June and July 2007 visitors to York have not been affected by the flooding or the rain all have had a wonderful time.
Two Modern well designed Log Cabins, fully equipped for Self-Catering, are very spacious and comfortable.
This small friendly and secure site is located only 20 mins from the majestic and historic City of York and it's many attractions including York Races. 10 mins from Grimston Bar Park & Ride.
With a pub restaurant adjacent to the site and the village of Wilberfoss and the market town of Pocklington close by,

The lodges make an ideal base from which to explore York and this beautiful area of North Yorkshire, The Wolds and spectacular coastline.

Along with all the other attractions there is the beautiful York Minster, Selby Abbey, and Beverely Minster.

The spacious modern kitchen includes built-in fridge freezer,
Gas hob & electric oven, microwave cooker, and washer/dryer




The carefully designed lounge and dining area has a double bed-settee,
sofa, and wide screen T.V. and DVD.




There is an extensive patio and dining area with a large table and 6 chairs for that summer alfresco experience




The ash & marble dining table is set in it's own area with a solid oak floor


















The second bedroom/TV room has a comforable double bed-settee




The modern comfortable master bedroom has a double bed and it's own en-suite bathroom with w.c. shower and washbasin.




Sunnyside lodge has two dedicated car parking spaces.


The seperate bathroom has w.c. washbasin and bath/shower.

Large open plan lounge/diner. Doble bed settee and sofa. Plasma T.V. &
DVD.




2nd Bedroom with bunkbeds which sleep 3. Single on the top and double on the bottom.






Sunbeam Lodge has two dedicated car parking spaces.


Sunbeam Lodge has a laundry room with washer dryer and ironing facilities.














The bathroom has w.c. washbasin & bath/shower




The modern kitchen has a gas hob & electric oven, Large fridge/freezer
and a dishwasher.
