If you leave your property & want to get your bond payment back beware, they'll put every barrier up to delay paying the money back. The official line is that the bond is returnable within 30 working days!! WHEN & not if, the said money is not returned after the specified time, the communication between yourselves & Harbour Properties gets interesting, ranging between " the Property Manager for that property isn't in the office today", through "computer problems restricting access", to the most recent " Mr Robinson (how generic is that?), the guy that deals with financial access is ill & they don't know when he'll be back at work". Avoid this tinpot company like the plague!!!!!
