They are not qualified expecial receptionist she pretend she knows her policy but she is not and she is revisit I was there she return a patient without be seen and patient have proof so receptionist who she got that title job which is not suitable for he and she derive to be there waiste patient time and she be told to come dentist to be treated receptionist her name is Kate who delayed is luck of patient miss understanding and microphone it doesn't work all is untrue she stick with her decition No she have to have working Tax credi,HC1 or Exemption credit card. Patient she have free treatment and she told her until she explain her sickness condition but answer it was no and later after be show the proof she became speechless and they pologize remember this is second visit first she fill everything and she be treated so why second time she need proof and it was about last year November? Itis no fear for her to be at that work anymore she waist patient time with this weather and secondly with her sickeness condition and we don't need people they don't know their Role only rude and recist. and appointment it was today 10:00 am and she couldn't give me another appointment for today different time do you think is wright to treat people like that because she thought her position she can refused because she knows rules than the right person who have free NHS treatment No she have to get perdition meant to loose her job because she refused to listen to patient.
