Attention to detail
My sister and I lost our Granddad just before the wedding and so my sister included a theme about him that was very subtle. Harper McQueen picked up on this and enquired about it via my mother. They then collected all of our family pictures involving Granddad and made some sort of book including granddad in with the wedding pictures separate from the album. When we had seen what they had done my sister could not thank HM enough. They made my sisters wedding special to us all. Thank you.
