We asked Harrow Taxis to receive our mother from Heathrow and to drive her to our home in Harrow. We booked the taxi two days in advance. The company failed to check whether flight times had changed and the driver therefore failed to arrive on time. When we called the company to find out what was going on, we were given several conflicting stories (first we were told that the driver was already in the airport and that our mother's phone was at fault and only later were we told that the driver had not yet arrived). The company's representatives were extremely rude and aggressive throughout, shouting on the phone and making accusations. We will certainly never deal with them again.
