About Us

Rupert, our Chief Instructor and MD trained the BBC teams for 6 years before setting up HASP. Our security instructors are all ex-British soldiers personally selected by him. Not only do they all have a wealth of operational experience, two of the team trained as teachers so the quality of instruction is high.

Stuart, is our Chief Medical Instructor selects all our medical instructors all of whom are British Army medics and UK Paramedics. Together they lay on some exciting scenarios to get the most from the training and leave the delegates with a great feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day.

On completion of a HASP hostile environment training course, delegates will also be able to deal with a wide variety of medical emergencies and qualify with the Emergency First Aid Certificate (EFAC). We provide Individual Trauma medic packs that you can take with you too.

Our First Aid package is very practical with lots of hands on, and may offset costly insurance premiums.
All delegates attending residential course will qualify with an Emergency First Aid Certificate.
Delegates can walk away with their ITP medical pack they train with for £180 (they're normally £240).
The instructors are well educated, well travelled and have a lot of experience between them, the course is presented in a relaxed conducive environment, we train your team the way we like to be trained.

HASP Courses

HASP courses are flexible and modular ranging from 2.5 – 5 days.
They are run in the UK as well as overseas (depending on requirements) providing teams with a tool box of proven methods and techniques to enhance their safety.
Our UK based courses are run in Bournemouth on our 150 acre training area.
They are well paced and informative with emphasis placed on practical scenarios for the delegates to try out their new skills. They are run in a friendly and positive group environment, they are not prescriptive and interaction / participation is encouraged.
Everyone will leave our care with more confidence and a greater awareness, which will enable them to operate in any chosen area.
Upon completion of our standard HASP courses, each member of the team will be able to confidently use the Individual Trauma Pack (ITP) to preserve life. They will use the ITP throughout the course and have the option to buy one for themselves.
We'll also soon be able to supply our complete recommended "Grab bags" which will save you hours hunting round the shops.
